These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of qflixnow.com (the "Site") operated by QFlix, LLC ("QFlix," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Services

QFlix provides bulk internet, DIRECTV Stream, security and surveillance, and VoIP services, primarily to multi-dwelling properties, homeowner associations, and businesses in Arizona. Specific service terms, pricing, and deliverables are set out in the written proposal or service agreement provided to each customer. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer; all service engagements require a signed agreement.

Use of the Site

• You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others.
• You will not attempt to interfere with the Site's operation, security, or availability.
• You will not use automated means to harvest content or contact information from the Site.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of QFlix or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your personal or internal business use; any other use requires our prior written consent.

Third-party services & links

The Site may link to third-party sites, including our customer portal at qflix.xyz, carrier and dealer portals, and manufacturer resources. QFlix is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites.

Contractor licensing

QFlix is a licensed Arizona contractor (AZ R.O.C. 358935) and operates under applicable state and local laws. All installation work is performed by QFlix personnel or licensed subcontractors supervised by QFlix.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, QFlix disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, with respect to the Site. Warranties related to QFlix services are set out exclusively in the applicable service agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QFlix will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Liability for QFlix services is governed by the terms of the applicable service agreement.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
